This machine changed the original mill structure and made the integration of the machine body and its underbed, thus when being installed, it can be launched on the fundamental plane at one time. The main bearing adopts double-row self-aligning roller bearing, which reduced power consumption. The spilling discharge control has replaced the original trellis pattern forced discharge, since this can improve the grinding particle size as well as the processing capacity increased by 15-20%.
This energy saving ball mill is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device, which driven by outer gear, has two bines and trellis pattern. Materials enter into feeding device and spiraled by the feeding hollow shaft and then uniformly get into the first bin of the mill. Within the first bin, there are equipped with stepped lining plate or corrugated lining plate, which has steel balls of different specifications in it. The centrifugal force produced by the reveling barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and then drop them down, which produce heavy attack and grinding effect to materials. After the materials been coarse grinded in the first bin, they will get into the second bin from the single-wall partition. Inside the second bin, it is embedded with plane lining plate within which there are steel balls and the materials will receive further grinding. The powdered materials finally been discharged from the discharge grate plate and finished the grinding operation.
